House Policies

Checkin/Checkout
  • - Move-in: 3:00 PM | Move-out: 10:00 AM
  • - Lock-in period of 3 Months
Cleaning & Maintainance
  • - Daily cleaning will be done. Please inform us if you don't want your room cleaned on a particular day by logging in your account.
  • - Kitchen utensils cannot be taken to your rooms.
  • - All food waste and other waste has to be kept inside the room. It will be taken away by staff during the cleaning time.
  • - No furniture/dustbins/footwear/plants are allowed to be placed in common areas. 
  • - Use designated bins for waste segregation.
Delivery Policy & Entry/Exit
  • - Always keep the main gate closed after entering or exiting.
  • - All deliveries have to be taken on time from a dedicated delivery area. If any assistance is required to take delivery in your absence, It has to be prior informed.
Repairs & Electricity
  • - Repairs shall be carried by our technical teams. It is requested to keep your own room with utmost care. Voluntary damage done to room shall be charged extra.
  • - All requests for repairs have to be done only through your own account. No request on phone/message shall be encouraged.
  • - Also no third party technician shall be allowed for repairs.
  • - Electricity charges are based on your room's consumption and common areas (pro-rata basis).
Guest Policy
  • - Guests are allowed in solo occupancy only. Guests are not allowed in twin occupancy.
  • - Guests are welcome in common areas, but shall be charged extra for usage of gym or consumption of breakfast.
  • - All payments to be done through UPI, NEFT or Cheque. Cash is not allowed anywhere in the property.
Pet Policy
  • - Pets are not allowed in our properties. Pets of both residents and their guests shall not be permitted inside the property.
Security & Belongings
  • - Keep valuables locked in the wardrobe. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. 
  • - CCTV footage for common areas is available upon request (maximum 10 days back-up).
Noise & Substances
  • - Be mindful of noise levels in your room and common areas.
  • - Smoking, vaping and drinking are strictly prohibited in common areas.
  • - Drugs are strictly prohibited.
