    Solhouse is a co-living space designed for young professionals who crave a vibrant and welcoming environment. At Solhouse, we provide private rooms for personal space and luxury communal areas to foster a sense of community.     Traditional rentals often lack the sense of community and quality of service that Solhouse offers. Our spaces are managed by hospitality professionals who ensure top-notch health and hygiene standards. We create lively community areas and cafeterias, so you’re not confined to your room. With cool events, gyms, chill-out zones, and music rooms, Solhouse is more than just a place to stay; it’s a lifestyle designed to help you unwind and connect with like-minded individuals after a hectic workday.

  • How is security ensured at Solhouse?
    Your safety is our priority at Solhouse. We have security guards, camera surveillance, biometric access and above all our properties are located in well-secured residential areas. Our highly trained staff ensures that you can live worry-free, knowing you’re in a safe and secure environment.
  • Room and Accommodation
  • What types of rooms are available at Solhouse?  
    Solhouse offers both solo and twin room accommodations.Whether you prefer having your own space or sharing with a friend, we have options to suit your needs.
    Additionally our selected properties have rooms with pantry/kitchenwherein you can cook dishes for yourself or have night maggi sessions together.
  • Can I decorate my room?  
    Absolutely! We encourage you to make your space your own. While we ask that you avoid hammering nails into the walls or applying wallpaper, feel free to personalize your room with other decorations that reflect your style. We love seeing your creative touch!

  • Is my room cleaned and my linen changed?  
    Yes, we provide daily room cleaning services. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned on a particular day, just let the resident manager know. Linen is changed weekly to ensure your space is always fresh and comfortable.
  • Amenities and Services
  • What amenities are covered in the monthly rent?  
    Your monthly rent includes a range of amenities: Housekeeping, WiFi, Access to the laundromat, Access to all-day cafetaria wherein you can invite your friends on public timings, Community events, Full power backup, and complimentary breakfast. 
    We aim to provide everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.
  • Is electricity included in the rent?  
    Electricity is charged separately through prepaid meters, which can be easily tracked. Electricity is charged for your own room and common areas (On proportional basis).
  • What about gym membership?  
    Gym access is complimentary for all our residents. Stay fit and healthy without any extra cost!
  • What kind of common spaces do you have?  
    Our common spaces are designed to enhance your living experience. We have a gym, cafeteria, chill-out zones, garden areas, sitting lounges, and kitchens. These spaces are perfect for socializing, relaxing, and recharging.
  • Is there a 24/7 concierge service?  
    Yes, our resident manager is always available to assist you. Additionally, you can raise any queries by logging in to your personalized account.
  • Is the laundry facility free?  
    Yes, residents have access to washing machines, dryers, and ironing boards. If you prefer assisted laundry services, they are available for an additional fee.
  • Food and Cooking
  • How does the food and cooking work?  
    In all our properties, complementary breakfast is provided. Other two meals are available on demand at additional cost.. Cafeteria is open all day which serves beverages and light snacks.
    In selected properties, fully equipped kitchens are provided where residents have full access. Herein you can cook your meals whenever you want.
  • Is food provided in Solhouse homes?  
    Yes, breakfast is included in your rent. If you’d like additional meals, they can be provided at an extra cost. Enjoy nutritious and delicious food without the hassle.
  • Guests and Events
  • Can I host my own event at Solhouse?  
    Absolutely! We love events. Just inform our team in advance, and we’ll help you plan and host your event at our property. Whether it’s a birthday party or a small gathering, we’re here to support you.
  • What kind of events does Solhouse hosts? 
    We shall host monthly events (usually on weekends or public holidays) wherein all residents are invited across all our properties. They can invite their family and friends too. Invite and event details shall be shared much in advance. Besides these, we shall organise other small events on time to time.
    We shall celebrate most of the festivals with our residents who are part of the Solhouse family. We believe in celebrating these festivals and enjoy the Indian culture and its rich values together.
  • Can I have my family members/friends come over to visit and stay?   
    Family and friends are always welcome! Visitors can come between 8 am and 11 pm.
    For night stays, 
    • - Solo rooms allow complimentary night stays for friends up to 2 days in a quarter.. Food and access to the gym is charged extra to guests.
    • - For twin-sharing rooms, guests are not allowed to stay in the room.
    • - We can arrange stays for your guests subject to room availability with us. Please speak with our teams in advance. 
    • - Maximum tenure of a guest shall not exceed more than 7 days in a quarter.
  • Policies and Procedures
  • Are there any curfew timings?   
    No, we don’t have curfew timings. Solhouse offers you the freedom to come and go as you please. However, we ask that you be considerate of other residents and avoid late-night disturbances.
  • Do you have a code of conduct?   
    Yes, we have a code of conduct to ensure a pleasant and peaceful living environment for everyone. Our rules are designed to maintain harmony and respect among all residents.
  • If I move in halfway through the month, do I need to pay the entire month’s rent?   
    No, your rent will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. You only pay for the days you stay.
  • What is the relevance of contract period and what happens if I need to leave early?
    We offer you pricing as per your contract period. Longer the period, better the pricing!! 
    If you wish to leave us early due to any personal reasons, then you have to provide one month advance notice to us and there shall be some deduction from security deposit in lieu of your total stay being lesser than your contract period.
  • Can I order food from outside?
    Yes, food ordering is allowed from outside. But we prefer that collections are done swiftly from the delivery boys in the dedicated delivery area only. Delivery boys are not allowed inside the property at any point of time. 
  • Payment and Deposits
  • How much is the security deposit at Solhouse?  
    The security deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent. It’s a standard requirement to cover any potential damages and ensure rent payment.
  • Why do I have to pay the security deposit?   
    The security deposit acts as a safeguard for rent payment and covers damages, if any done to the room during the stay. Rest assured, it will be refunded after checkout, minus any necessary deductions.
  • What payment options are available?  
    We prefer online payments (card payments, NEFT, UPI) for your convenience. Cheques are also accepted. However, we do not accept cash payments.
  • How will my refund be processed when I check out from Solhouse?   
    Refunds are processed within 30 working days. You will receive a deposit refund statement with a detailed breakdown of any deductions.
  • Miscellaneous
  • Is it possible to move from one house to another?   
    Yes, you can move to another Solhouse property, subject to availability. We aim to make the transition as smooth as possible for you.
  • Are Solhouse homes co-residencies or gender-neutral?   
    Solhouse homes are co-residencies. If you don’t have a roommate, we will assign one based on your gender to ensure compatibility and comfort.
  • Can I consume alcohol or smoke in the property? 
    Alcohol is strictly prohibited in common areas at any point of time.
    Smoking/Vaping is only allowed in your balconies or smoking designated areas. It is prohibited inside rooms or in the common areas.
  • Are pets allowed in the property 
    Pets of both residents and their guests are not allowed in any of our properties. 

Frequently Unasked Questions (FUQ's)

  • Can you give me a discount on the pricing?
    We have a fixed pricing policy and there aren’t any discounts. Having said that, we offer better pricing/offers in following case
    • - If you chose to stay long with us - Beyond 6 months. 
    • - If your electricity/water consumption is low and you help us in sustainability initiatives.
    • - If you volunteer to become a Solhouse buddy.

  • Am I safe in your property as I have not shared spaces with people before? 
    Yes, you are absolutely safe in our property. 
    We understand the nuances of Co-living and take special care in room allocations accordingly. Additionally there is a supervisor/manager/guard always stationed in the property whom you can approach in case you are not feeling comfortable.
  • I prefer my own individual space with peace and silence. Concept of co-living doesn't offer any personal space and there is a possibility of having loud people as your neighbor.
    We totally understand that If you have any such requirement, you can tell us in advance. We shall discuss in detail with you and do property/room allocation accordingly to you. Additionally if we have any space which we can give special access to you, we shall offer that.
  • I have a work from home arrangement with my company. How would I manage that in Co-Living? 
    If you can share your requirements in advance, we can work out something for you- like provide you a working cabin depending upon the property spaces.
  • I have always stayed in a shared apartment with my friends. I feel that co-living shall take away that freedom. 
    Co-living is meant for adults and hence freedom is always there. 
    Only difference is in Co-Living, you have other unknown people staying with you and hence you have to be mindful of their needs and act accordingly.
